Horn Please

Have you ever observed, how loud are we??. The first rule for driving..world wide is to fasten your seat belt, where the first rule in India is to locate the horn. I'm not exaggerating to say everyone drives with one hand on the horn and one on the gear shift but most of us like to do this...
There is a saying that every thing has a reason so here we indian have full list of reasons..
1. When you pass a vehicle, honk your horn.
2. When a vehicle passes you, honk your horn.
3. When someone is walking down the road, honk your horn.
4. When going through an intersection, honk your horn.
5. If there is an animal on the road (Road pe sirf insaano ka hi nahi janwaro ka bhi haq, woh baat alag hai gov
inse road tax nahi leti), honk your horn.
6. When a song you like comes on the radio, honk your horn.
7. Meri Marzi, Meri Car hai mera Horn hai.. Main to bajaouga..

This may seem completely ridiculous when written down, but its a fact and we called it indian system... a very loud system. In case you forget to blow your horn most of the 'Auto's' and lorries have reminders to do so written on the backs of their vehicles. The painted script reads, "Horn Please", and "Stop"..  Last year one of my European colleague told me that it should be like this "Stop Horn Please"... Bechara bhool gaya ki india main hai.LOL

As you drive along the busy, crowded streets of Delhi you will hear a symphony of different tones and sounds of every kind of horn imaginable. There is the beep beep of the numerous motorcycles, the squeeze honk of the auto rickshaws, the honk honk of the cars and SUV's and the blasts from the lorries and busses. Add the shrill constant tweet of the police whistle and the vroom, put put, rrrrrrrr, of the vehicle engines and your traffic orchestra is complete.

This constant noise pollution, while maddening, has become a comfort to for all of us just becoz we have grown here. Could you imagine that we indian are the only one who pays someone to make noise outside of your home all night long yaad aaya haa apna Security Guard...

Kahi to padha tha .. "Kutta bhi bina wajhe nahi bhonkta to phir aap kyo??".. dont know why i m writing this but this is what i felt whenever i am on road.. When will we understand and when we will stop this..

Pange khatam hi nahi hote yaar..

Life is what, it’s a series of Pangas, and best thing abt panga is that yeh kahi bhi, kabhi bhi or kisi ke bhi saath ho sakta… yes its true boss.. its panga.. not a TV serial that will broadcast only on a fix time…

But if you think panga are just jhik jhik chick chick that we have daily with subjiwala or with maid…to boss aap galat hai.. Panga also hav so many type so first let me introduce you with the type of pangas.

The smallest and most chindi sort of pangas are those where your sanki, pagal bhudda in short “boss” sneaks up from behind, while you are twitting abt him (“Boss don’t u think u hav lost something?? I think u hav lost ur mind.. u dumb”) on the office system. Not very dangerous, if you remain as calm as Dhoni (No matter how many match he had loosed) tell the boss that you are searching 3G protocol document sent by one of frd.. n that his account only..

Then there is the little more jaanleva category of pangas, when, a month later when, a month later your boss ask you to give a presentation on 3G as now days u searched lot on this…Still manaeagable, I would say, if you can put on a facial expression as wooden as Arjun Rampal, and say to your boss, “Sir even I want to give presentation on 3G, as I have found so many nice links on web but due to over office security policy I was  not able to read those article” I am disappointed by company policy.

But then, there is the biggest sort of panga, big enough to wipe out the dinosaurs upto the last inch of their tails, a panga scarier than Navjot singh Sidhu’ laughter on Dolby surround , the sort of panga which happens when one warm evening after twitting all bullshit about ur boss u realized that u have got one new follower n he no one else.. your boss only..
So ladies, gentlemen and the members of kaminepankihadd (yaar ye jisne decode kiya na usko main apna cell phone de dunga, Pakka mere boss ki kasam.. comments mei likhna . Waise Phone china made hain.) Group, over the last 4-5 year, I have discovered that I have taken a panga with life, which belongs to the third variety.

If I try to discover where to start, but my thinking ability doesn’t go beyond last 2-3 yr.. haa yaar IT main aake short term memory loss ho gaya hai.. nway  my life over this duration is represented fairly by two glimpses of the flashback ( Yes, you are supposed to read them in Black and White font. )

Scene 1
Venue: My boss’s cabin.
Boss: "You want to think again?"
Me (thought to myself- Paurush, think again. It has been proved that A man without money is mathematically equal to man without a girl within a radius of atleast Five kilometers): "No."
Boss : "I would say, give it a thought."
Me Nopes, I already have thought , I do not want to continue."
Boss : "Ok."

And with that sigh infested two lettered 'Ok', I quit the oldest semiconductor company in the world, to join one of the startup. And that startup closed with in 6 month
I do not know whether it was the quarter life crisis people talk about, or it was some part of my restless soul crying out like a himesh mp3, or just the gas experienced on a monday morning, but I just had to do it. We spend all our lives being scared of “what if”, but once you walk out a situation you do not enjoy and face the fear, you discover it was not that bad. I mean , you are facing it right there, so you are not scared of the future. I needed to do it so that I am not scared of the future. Makes sense? Not to most of the people around me, but it sure feels good. Onto to the second BIG panga.

Scene 2
Venue : Home.
Dad : " Shaadi ke bare main kya socha hai"
Me : ( thought to myself – He would never mean that. ) : Heh ! Ok !
Dad : "I mean that !."
Me : ( thought to myself - Shit . He means that .) : Gulp ! Ok ! abhi to kuch nahi socha per (thought to myself: bhaag ke shaadi karni hai kisi reporter se)
Dad: kab sochoge… its right time to think on it.. maine tumhare liye ladki dekhi hai next week milne jaana hai…

Me: what….

from that day to till today, I have been exposed to a bad version of the world war 3, and I say bad version, because you can attack a German soldier if you are a US dude, but how do you attack when the people you face are your own ( ah !! is it similar to the dilemma arjun bhaiyya faced in mahabharat.avi ? ).
( Mujhe na feeling aa rahee hai that if my parents read this post, mere papa mujhe hayden ke size ke bando se pitwayenge !)
So bhaiyya , the whole thing is, that job mein panga, and personal life mein panga. Watt itni lagee hai life mein ki kaano se smoke nikal aya, but watt lagne ke baad hee to the irons is converted into the golds !!! ( wow man, the day I am converted into gold, I would sell off an ear and buy myself a sportsbike ).

Hopefully you guys will see me fighting it out, getting stable in this job, getting married, and hence finding myself looking at a happy future of working 6 days a week and paying huge bills.

Chalo aap log bhee kuch kaam etc kar lo, hope all of you face equally big jhatkas so that I feel nicer in comparison, and remember, if your sneaky boss catches you while twitting, make sure it is not panga of the third variety.

All of you who have seen the movie ‘Wednesday’... will love these rephrased Naseerudin Shah Dialogue’s...

Project Manager Rathore : kaun ho tum..??? kya pehcan hai tumhari ?

Unkonwn Caller : Kaun hoon mein...mein vo hu jo aaj committment karne se darta hai, Mein vo hoon jo aaj ghar jaane se darta ha, ye soch ke kahin ghar wale pehchanne se inkar na kar de...

mein vo hoon jo, aaj job change karta hai to sochta hai ki kahin recession mein mujhe company se na nikal de..

mein vo hoon jiski biwi usse friday ko dus bar phone karti hai, "kya kar rahe ho..?? kaam jyada hai..?? thak gaye ho..?? " mera haal poochne ke liye ya kaam poochne ke liye nahi, rathore saab... balki vo ye jaanaa chahti hai ki... kahin hamesha ki tarah end moment pe boss ke bulane pe mein saturdary ko bhi office to nahi ja raha...

Bas ek Lamhe ka Jhagda

Bas ek lamahe ka jhagda tha....
dar-o-deevaar par aise chhanaake se giree aavaaj
jaise kaanch girata hai...
har ek shay me gee, udatee huee, jalatee huee,
najar me, baat me, lahaje me
soch aur saans ke andar
lahoo hona tha ek rishte ka, so vo ho gaya us din
usee aavaaj ke Tukade utha kar farsh se us shab
kisee ne kaat lee nabje
na kee aavaaj tak kuchh bhee
ki koee jaag na jae
bas ek lamahe ka zagada tha........

Itni Jaldi kyo hai bhai...?

The moment tyres hit the strip with a slight thud , bouncing off the ground a couple of times. The pressure of the air against its extended wings soon slows it down . It glides slowly on the strip , making a couple of lazy turns while some lady on the announcement thanks you for flying with them even though they made you wait whole night at the airport and tells you the temperature outside is way too low than you hope it is . Now the plane stops down . And then , the interesting part starts..

People jump off their seats , brushing their bottoms against each other faces . Uff . Excuse me . Watch it. Will you please pull off your suitcase off my toe ? Pulling open the flaps over their heads . Switching on their cellphones . Someone yells "What ? You havent sent the car ? What the hell! waise sach yeh hota hai.. inhone kabhi car laane ko bola hi nahi hota... bas aise hi tashan maarte hai". Lalu koi or naya ghotala kare us se pehle most of the people stand scrunched in the aisle , all forming an unstructured queue, looking with tense eyes towards the end of the plane , wondering why the doors aint opened yet.

I still lie pushed down in my seat , Or mast gaane mere kaan main ghul rahe hai.. (Main Jaha Rahu, Chahiye to bol dena. I hate piracy , starting tommorow)
watching people stand on each other's feet , I wonder , jaldi kya hai yaar ? This plane blows up in three minutes ?? aisa hai to jadli batao yaar.. hum shyaad kuch madad hi kar de aapki..

So many people are in so much hurry . That guy in a Yamha R15 (Note kiya jaaye hume bhi chahiye yeh bike) behind my office bus who is honking is in a hurry to get to his office ( Yaar overtake karte hue gaali kyun deta hai ? Accha hindi ki gaali to mat de ) . Students are in a hurry to read their chapters before they face the exams . My boss is in a hurry to get that report. People at the boarding gate are in a hurry to get onto the plane . When it lands , they are in a hurry to get out of it. Everybody is in a hurry to get somewhere . Few people want to stay in the moment they are in.

Now I don't know . Maybe these guys know where they want to get to, Hume to aaj tak pata nahi chala ki jaana kaha hai.. Chalo koi to hai mere bharat mahan main jo jaanta hai ki woh kaha jaa raha hai or kya kar raha hai. You see , driven , focussed people. Achievers . Desh ko aage badane wale log. Maybe I am just a slow guy who likes to listen to music and type down words which interest nobody while the world around me reaches for the stars . You see , I don't have a problem with the 'wanting to achieve things' thing . Even I want to achieve things , even if they are a Allu Tikki burger with cheese , and a TV remote , and someone who shares all that with me.

But what I don't understand is that why hurry ? Jaldi kya hai . Kidhar jaana hai ? I mean , life is not in the future . Life is now . This moment .I mean , it's like..
When I was in school , people told me happiness is getting first class in board exams. When I got those First class (Gir pad kar hi aaye they) , they told me happiness was getting into a top engineering college. I know yeha kismat ne saath nahi diya... Neeche se TOP engineering collge main admission mil gaya , Then they told me that happiness is definitely getting into some MNC and earning a salary which is in six figures. Pakka . Sachi . Muchi. Confirmed. Arre 100% happiness yehi hai . USA mein researchers bhee yehi kehte hai.
Now When I have done that , happiness is ? Hello ! What is it nowwww ? Bol do Kaake . Kidhar jaana hai ab ?
So ladiesh and gentlemans , now that the world has been telling me what to do , this is what I have learnt - all the above stuff is important , but happiness is something they dont need to tell you about. It is something you feel . And only you decide what makes you happy . When others don't know where you want to be , how can they tell you how to get there ?
Like , for me , happiness is..
On a lazy Sunday , I watch a Moive on Inox, eat a full lunch with friends, and a long drive kisi ki bhi car main Taxi bhi chalegi yaar..
When dad asks me to take a bath and I put my arm around his shoulders and say "Chill, Pa.Do dinn hee to hue hai."
When I say stupid things to someone who would not think "Huh? Isko problem kya hai?."
Sitting in my balcony on a December morning and takeing sip of a garma garm chai.
Talking to someone who understands me, and accepts me even when I am all boring .
Caring for someone I want to care for.
Meeting a bunch of friends over a couple of huge pizzas and crack pathetic jokes about our college professors and why worst guys get the best girls (Haa yeh mera fav topic hai).
Happiness is just, being me .
So you see , what makes me happy is stuff I have not achieved, but stuff, which I already have, had all the way along . So I know I need to achieve things, but hey, there is no hurry .Because I need to achieve things to survive, but to be happy, not much is needed . Some music and a Tikki burger, with cheese, will do just fine for now...

Virgo..

Virgo is one of the most complex and intriguing of the constellations and Virgos are some of the most complex and interesting people. Virgo energy is female energy, whether you’re a male or a female and is the only female symbol in the zodiac. Whether human, animal or inanimate, all symbols represent male energy, apart from Virgo, so Virgo stands alone, the only sign that represents female energy and because of that she embodies aspects of all the goddesses.

Do you believe in all this...?? ya i know few people trust on this... Me too virgo but some how i feel that i never behave like a typical virgo...

My maximum friends and relatives are virgo only... but non of us behaves in same manner.. I have a doubt that if we all are virgo then there should be some common thing between US... but we are not at all same not even a single thing common between us...

Even my three cousin born on the same day including me... per hum teeno ek dusare ke just oppsite hai..

There is one more fact that people use to say ... that..

"Demeter is the Earth Goddess, or Earth Mother and this is the goddess of Virgo, so Virgo encompasses the Earth Mother in all of us. Virgos are very in tune with the cycle of nature and growing things and are very focused on the cycle of life."

There are hell lot of nice thing u can find on net about virgo... but in genral there are hell lot of people are on earth who hates virgo.. even i hate virog.. noting wrong abt this... I am a indian or as a indian i have freedom of thoghts... i can love any one(hehe.. kitni pyari feelig hai.lol), i can hate any one.. haa haa .. juth nahi bol raha hu..:-)

dont know what ever written on net or i heard abt virgo its all right or totally wrong but, i have a strong feeling that i am no where belong to this sun sign... apart from one quality that i love to pointing out the mistakes.. i dont have any other quality of this sun sign.. but i want to be like a virgo.. nway it dosnt make much difference for me...

Some might say that Virgos are too fussy, but without their organisation and ‘mothering’ ways, we’d all be worse off. They just need to watch that they don’t take it to extremes.

No baat only bakwas..

  • I am transforming into a workaholic. The types who’s name have taken by default in last cab list. Have taken a total of 1 day off since March 2009. Monday is no more a scary day. I send out office mails almost every Sunday. Two weeks ago, sent a mail to Lead at 1.50 am . He stamped into my cabin next morning and insisted that I get a girlfriend. Not that I want to be on the cover of Time. But I like working.

  • I regret not helping a fresher who wanted me to refer his CV to HR. I said I will help out, then totally lost track of that. If they had a record for the number of promises broken, my picture would be in the Guiness Book. Front cover. Full color.

  • I have stopped using my Mp3 player. I like the radio more. More unpredictable. More talkative. And cheaper than an iPod.

  • Why does everybody in the conference room laugh when the big boss cracks an intended joke? I did not find it funny. A Atal bihari vajpay’s speech is more funny than his joke was . But the guy on my left slapped the table twice and roared. Another one could not stop giggling for a complete forty seconds. I mean, was it in the terms and agreement when they joined?

  • I have stopped drinking cold drinks. I like the tea and fresh lime soda more. More tasty. More refreshing. And cheaper than an soft drink.

  • So much involved in my current project that even in sleeping mode some time i use to finding the solution for all the pending issues...

  • Four year of corporate world. And I am almost into the habit of thinking in bullets. I think you have an idea of that.

Bangalore Rocks

September 2004. Bangalore City railway station, around 3PM thinking what next?
That was just a beginning, after that a long struggle for a nice job started. That’s how I started

New phase of my life at Bangalore..
Not a single hindi movies in Theater,
Not a single sign board on bus in English or hindi
Food problem
Far away with all friends n family
Even though in first look itself I started liking the city and specially the awesome weather… almost daily I used to drenched in rain..

Long line in walk-in
Fake walk- in information
Lathi Charge by Police in walk- ins
Rejection from most of the company
Evan though I had a faith in the Bangalore

Traffic problem
For house rent u have to pay 12 months rent in advance
Cook takes leave twice in a week
And u never know when maid will take leave (even she tells every thing but u never understand what the hell she want to explain)
“H” will come by default just after “t” in almost every name.
But life was rocking as it was never before.

But that time I didn’t knew that my stay will be so long at this place. After 4 and half year unfortunately I have moved to NCR..
But whenever I heard this name Bangalore only.. sweet memories comes in the picture..
Those rain drops..
Only two stupid (me and nitin) were playing Holi on the road like monkeys and all other watching that what the crap these two are doing..
Jumping from bus to avoid the long walk from stop
Late night walk to airport for tea..

Enjoying Full day Tamil songs and movies… because my room mate was Tamilian
Roaming to Hyderabad or Chennai on weekends…for interviews..
Har din kuch naya… koi naya panga .. Varun se bekar ki baker… sachin ko phone ke naam pe pereshaan karma… Vikrant sir ke joks or mast anda bhurji.. happy ke haath ki chai.. DK ke PJ.. Ashok ki gyan bhari baatein… Body ki dole banana ke 50 aasan step… lachu bhai ki nasiyat… shankar ke saath har week ek moive dekhna.. who bhi INOX main… after all sound matters…life was rocking… so many live concert.. Cricket ho to live ..Chinnaswamy stadium even for test match also..

MG road…. Awesome… church street… Rocking.. 100ft road… kewl… kormangala… fundu..
Each place has own importance…in order to spend time …
Full night party in b2 .. second’s main trip ko plan karma…
Raste bhar jay-pee per jokes banana.. … list is too long… each n every moment that I spent there has lot meaning for me….
So only one line that describes it …”Bangalore Rocks”

Vineet.. A chapter of my life !!

"They Never say NO"

Sitting idle in room is always a boring task for me.. Usually i used to call some one whenever i feel bored.. Today i tried same thing just before i started this blog.... but then i realize that ... the cellphone no that i used to dial is still exists but that person is no more.... My frd ..my bro... "Vineet Singh.. The Real soldier"

I met him during engineerg... hmm almost 9 yrs before... And i have lots of good memories with him.. only memories... seriously I never thought that he will go so far that i couldnt afford to call him.. we dont have single pic together..even we never exchange address nor number.. kabhi socha hi nahi tha...ki hum alag bhi hoge...

those 4 yr.. i never forget just because of mamu.. those bunks, funny argument with teacher, silly question in seminar, stupidity in cricket ground and Masti in Mess...
just after the college he got opportunity with Indian Army.. the place where we always wants to go.. but only he got the chance to serve the nation... and he proved himself...

Even though he joined army n moved to kashmir but he never forget to give me a miss call... those days i use to little irritated by those miss call but now i am really missing those miss call...
I know ab kabhi koi miss call nahi aaygi..

November 8th.. when last time i got a call from him... if had a little bit of idia that this will be our last talk... to shaayd main woh call kabhi khatam nahi hone deta...
later i got to know that mine no was the last no that he dialed ... the moment me n sandy heard this news that he is no more... we both took long time to believe this fact....

I know life never stops... per kuch baatein or kuch dosto ki value wahi rahti ...
Missing you mamu...

About me..

kyon hoon main? pata nahi...
Phir bhi koi wajah to hai...
Manzil ka pata kaun jaane? phir bhi koi jagah to hai...
Kisi se kuchh kaha nahi, phir bhi koi baat hai...
Main bhatakta hoon tanha, phir bhi koi saath hai...
Kya hoon nahi jaanta.. par koi to hoon main...
Jawab na mile to kya, ek sawal to hoon main...

Tuesday, February 3, 2009

Sawal ?

Usne kaha tum mein pahele jaisi baat nahi.?
Maine kaha zindagi me tere sath nahi............

Usne kaha ab bhi kisi ki aankho me doob sakte ho.?
Maine kaha ab kisi aankh me wo baat nahi.........

Usne kaha kyun itna toot kar chaha mujhe.?
Meine kaha insaan hu pathar .......

usne kaha kya bewafa hoon main.?
Maine kaha muje ab wafa ki talash nahi.........

usne kha bhul jaa mujhe ab.?

Maine Kaha Tum haqiqat ho koi khawab nahi......................

Sep 13, 2008 – over 20 were killed and over 90 injured in 5 serial bomb blast in delhi.

Is this some kind of concert that Terrorists organizations are doing at different part of India. I don’t know what exactly these people want from Indians,
They just want to threaten us or they are doing it for their so called Jehad.

They just send a mail as a warning just 5 min before the blast and mention some thing like that “Within 5 minutes from now…this time with the Message of Death, dreadfully terrorising you for your sins, And thus our promise will be fulfilled. Inshallah”.

In all the news channels this email was shown. The opening line says, “in the name of Allah.” So do they mean their Allah told them to kill people? Kill which people? Hindu or Muslim or other religion people? Or did Allah specifically ask them to kill Indians of whatever religion?
These Muslim religious leaders keep issuing Fatwas for all sort of reasons. Few days back they said, Salman Khan is not a Muslim any more and imposed a social boycott on him and his family because Salman did a Ganesh puja. They said idol worship is against Islam. Then they said Muslim women can’t use mobiles, can’t travel alone, can’t buy products from sales men etc.
Now why can’t these Imams issue a Fatwa against these terrorist declaring them as non Muslim on the ground that killing innocent people is against Islam. Or at least condemn the killings. Since nothing of that sort ever happens, should we then assume that killing innocent people is NOT against Islam?

Maine kahi padha tha ki “HUM HINSDUSTANI KISI ALAG HI MITTI KE BANE HUE HAI” no matter how many no of blast happen in the city, what was the intensity of the bomb and how many no of people died .. what ever the case we will back on routine on very next day. And next day in news we she the breaking news “Life gets back in track with full spirit.”
Situation become more worse after these serial blast we are not taking even a day to getting back on track.. Hardly few hours..
My friends called me from the blast site. He said, “People aren’t panicking here. Those who were at bus stops are still waiting for their buses, or either they are still busy in finishing their work..

So the question is-this ‘not panicking’ is a sign of what? Is it ’strength’ or ’surrender’? or is it Apathy? Or are we getting immune to terror attacks?
Whatever it is, it is not a good sign that every time we fall, we get up, get going only to fall again. We must strike back and show these Terrorists their place. When will we ever say enough is enough?

Few Beautiful Lines...

Chale ao hum yaad karte hain,
yeh woh gunah hai jo hum bar bar karte hain,
jala ke chirag hasraton ka dil mein,
hum apke aane ka intezar karte hain..

--------------------------------------------------
Judai har pal yun mehsoos na hoti,
kash wo itni majbur na hoti,
waqt banaa deta hai insan ko bewafa,
warna mohabat itni mashhoor na hoti !

---------------------------------------------------
Mere haal pe unka muskurana gazab tha,
Bina bat mujhe unka stana gazab tha,
Milne ki baat chale to bahana bana dena,
aur Bina vade ke unka aana gazab tha..

Nahi aata...

log rooth jaate hain mujhse,
aur mujhe MANANA nahi aata..

main chahta hoon kya,
mujhe JATANA nahi aata...

aansuon ko
pina puraani aadat hai,
mujhe aansoo bahana nahi aata..

log kahte hain mera dil hai patthar ka,
isliye isko pighlana nahi aata..

ab kya kahoon main
kya aata hai, kya nahi aata
bas mujhe mausam ki tarah
BADALNA nahi aata..

Collection..

Shikwe bhi Hazarun hai Shikayat bhi bohat hai
Iss Dil ko magar ussey Mohabbat bhi bohat hai

Aa jata hai milne wo Tasawwoor mein Hamare
Ek Shakhs ki itni si Inayat bhi bohat hai

Yeh bhi hai Tamanna k usey Dil sey bhola dein
Iss Dil ko magar uski Zaroorat bhi bohat hai

Dekhein tou zara pee ke Hun Zehr-e-Mohabbat
Sunte hain k is Zehr mein Lazzat bhi bohat hai

Rakhey khuda ne do raste mujhe azmane k liye ...
tu chor de mujhe ya main chor don tujhe zamane k liye ...

kaise manglon rub se bhool jane ki dua...
hath uthte nahin hai dua main tujhe bhool jane k liye ...

nahi ki zindagi main maine koi neki par ...
parhi hain chup k kuch namazain tujhe pane k liye ...!!

MTV Roadies Song

I Like You
Good Looking Log Bahut Dekhe Hain
Smart, Intelligent Log To Bahut Dekhe Hain
Magar Tujh Jaisa Boring Aadmi Aaj Pehli Baar Dekh Raha Hoon
Ghar Se Hum Chale, Bas Ek Backpack Aur Ek Guitar
Paison Ki Fikar Nahi, Bike Pe Hum Sawaar
Raahon Ki Hai Khabar, Na Manzil Ka Hai Pataa
Phir Bhi Chal Diye, Jaane Ab Hoga Kya
Oh Oh, Oh Yeah, OK
Jeet Lenge Yaar
Ghar Se Hum Chale, Bas Ek Backpack Aur Ek Guitar
Paison Ki Fikar Nahi, Bike Pe Hum Sawaar
Oh Oh, Oh Yeah, OK
Jeet Lenge Yaar
Gaali Sunna Acchaa Lagta Hain Na Tere Ko
Looks Nahi Hai, Personality Bhi Nahi Hai
You’re Not Interesting Dude, You’re Just Boring
Yaar Aisa Kar, Main Bahut Thak Gaya Hoon
Apna Gaal Zor Se Mere Haath Pe Maar, Please
Bhag Yahan Se
Hai Yeh Aadhi Par Cutting Hai Zindagi
Kal Thi Easy Ab Kathin Hai Zindagi
Ghar Pe Baithe Doston Ko Kya Mila
Hai Safar Yeh Puncturon Ka Silsila
Jaane Kahaan Le Jaayega
Khwabon Ka Hai Yeh Karvan
Jo Chal Sako Tum Bhi Chalo Yaaron
Apni Hi Dhun Mein Main Chala
Oh Oh, Oh Yeah, OK
Jeet Lenge Yaar
Teri Personality Bahut Acchi Hai
Filmon Mein Kyon Nahi Jaata

गुलज़ार के प्रेमचंद

Its really nice to read gulzar’s thought on Munshi ji…Most of the stories of Munshi Premchand was in my school syllabus.. and almost all the the stories has same deplorable end.

Agar Munshi ji ke shabdo main kahe to har kahani un-suna sa dard chod jaati thi..main humesha sochta tha ki yeh ..aisa mukhye kirdar ke saath hi kya hota hai…

And today I found same feel in gulzar’s thought…Gulzar’s expressions are awesome.. the way he expressed.. I don’t think no one else can do…

Cutting chai

Cutting chai.. I think every one familiar with this name, if not than..i am sure he doesn’t know what he had missed.

The greatness of Cutting chai (tea) can not be measured. This cutting tea has its own quality, and more so we can’t prepare it into home, nor we can get it from five star hotels, cafes etc. I still do not know what brand of tea leaves, what kind of sugar or milk they use - best considered as their trade secret. My room mate can prepare wonderful tea but it is totally different from the cutting chai.

When ever I see any khokha (typical name in UP’s local language for “tea stall” ) it reminds me my college days because this is the place where I had spent most of the time of my engineering. Believe me its one of those places where all the rumors starts. This is the place where students discuss hottest topics of college… related to college couples (mine fav time pass) or about professor’s behavior… and even some time about study…

Sitting with girlfriend/friends and having espresso in BARISTA or having the over-hyped mocha in CAFÉ COFFEE DAY comes no close to the cutting chai with friends. Parking bikes in non parking zone and ordering, “Aye chotu 23no ki cutting de, pani kam …fatafat la chal……” And believe me in winter test of cutting chai gets double…lol

Let me stop here becoz things are changed …naa to ab cutting chai hai or naa hi college…but I am sure test of cutting chai wouldn’t change…

Guzara Hua Guzar Kyo Nahi Jaata

Benaam Sa Ye Dard, Thehar Kyon Nahi Jata,
Jo Beet Gaya Hai, Woh Guzar Kyon Nahi Jata..

Sab Kuch To Hai, Kya Dhundti Rehti Hai Nigaahein,
Kya Baat Hai, Mai Waqt Pe Ghar Kyon Nahi Jata..

Woh Ek Hi Chera To Nahi Sare Jahan Mein
Jo Door Hai Woh Dil Se Utar Kyon Nahi Jata..

uljha Hai Dil Us Mod Per, Jaha Se Woh Kabhi Gujare Hi Nahi,
Jate Hain Jidhar Sab, Main Udhar Kyon Nahi Jata..

Woh Naam Jo Naa Jane Kab Se Jehan Main Hai,
Woh Khawaab Agar Hai To Bikhar Kyo Nahi Jata..
